Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for maintaining quality restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the success of the restaurant while acting as a role model and displaying professional conduct towards customers and staff. The General Manager is in charge of upgrading and strengthening operations when needed and maintaining quality products and service according to company standards and policies while overseeing the profit and loss of the restaurant by following cash control, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and taking corrective action when needed. Our General Manager will also play a major role in recruiting, interviewing and selecting outstanding team members as well as their retention.

- High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position

Most recently as an Area Director for Bob Evans Restaurants, he ran restaurants spread across a 3 state territory. Tim has also worked for Walt Disney World as a Chef as well as time spent early in his restaurant career in catering for a country club.
Tim has a strong knowledge of the cities and states in which he recruits for and specializes in building strong relationships. Tim prides himself on being a good listener and getting to know and understand the needs of his clients as well as the candidates.
