Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurant locations.
• Quick service restaurant background is highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
• Setting and achieving restaurant goals.
• Working collaboratively with Department Managers to improve their departments.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
• Ensuring the restaurant meets our company’s critical customer standards.
