Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will be fully accountable for the quality of the guest experience, and will ensure this satisfaction by simply following a daily manager agenda: ensuring all schedules are done in accordance with the budget and assuring all management and staff training / development is done correctly and completely. The General Manager will also create marketing strategies and ensure they are researched, prepared and carried out properly and in a timely manner. The General Manager will oversee all ordering for the restaurant and use daily/weekly perpetual for economical and efficient ordering.

A graduate of Purdue University, James Bullard brings over 20 years of professional recruiting experience to Gecko's Recruiting team.
Coming out of operations, James sought out the help of Resources in Food to help him advance his career with a College Degree. While at RIF, he was given a unique opportunity to become a recruiter with a franchise group named PMA Restaurant Group owned and operated by Robert Krzak. James quickly achieved success and worked his way from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and ultimately to Director of Operations overseeing three offices and budgets in sales in 2 states.
After leaving Resources in Food in 1999, James went to the corporate side of recruiting where he became a Regional Manager of Recruiting for Chuck E Cheese's, Director of Recruiting for Value Financial Services, Recruiting Manager for Dave and Buster's, and most recently Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for White Lodging, the second largest management company in the hotel and hospitality industry with over 20,000 rooms nationwide.
While on the corporate side, James won many accolades due to his unique ability to build relationships with his operators. Awards such as Recruiter of the Year, Top Gun recipient in and Platinum Performance Award in are just a few awards given to James.
