As a Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible with your kitchen staff to offer the highest quality food during all hours of the operation. Some managers call it “table touches” but we want more. We are focused on a kitchen forward philosophy to make an easier dining experience in the front of the house.

Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General manager is responsible for day-to-day operations while managing and maintaining operational targets and goals. Additional responsibilities for this position include recruitment and developing a dedicated team. A “hands on” approach is a must.

Qualifications:

•The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
•The General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
•A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the General Manager
•A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait of the General Manager
•This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager
