General Manager - Fast-Casual Scratch Kitchen Asian Cuisine Restaurant
Location: Chicago, IL
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the operations of our upcoming fast-casual scratch kitchen specializing in Asian cuisine in Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and driving the success of our new restaurant.
As a new restaurant opening, there will be out-of-market, paid training for 4-5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, service, and profitability
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and financial objectives
Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary at $60,000 annually
- Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $15,000 per year
