We are seeking talented General Manager candidates for a popular restaurant concept in Cleveland Ohio area. General Manager candidates must have a strong tenured work history of at least 3+ years as a full Service General Manager. Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is to enforce our policies and procedures. Some of the principal areas of focus are: identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, and taking part in personal decisions concerning the restaurant team, and leading by example and being a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture. The General Manager will write schedules meeting the requirements of the business so a great customer experience is delivered. This is done while maintaining financial responsibility, building sales and helping manage the restaurant's budget. The General Manager will also be responsible for ensuring safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to, maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant and ensuring employees are paid properly, receive appropriate benefits, and are prepared for additional career opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • The General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
  • The General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the General Manager
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must have
  • High volume experience of 3+ years as an General Manager is a must for this position
  • Former Culinary or Kitchen Management experience is a big plus!
