About the Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while meeting financial goals and delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals, mentor future leaders, and create a positive and motivating workplace culture. This position is based in the vibrant city of Columbia, SC.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to achieve their best and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

- Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to maximize efficiency.
