Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager must have a thorough knowledge of food and service. This person will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the overall operation: plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the resources and activities. An elevated level of guest satisfaction and operational standards must be maintained. The Restaurant Manager must maintain an elevated level of guest satisfaction, provide strong leadership, and promote career development and team building. This person must understand restaurant financials including accounting, budgeting, cost control, inventory, and banking methods.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant General Manager must have a high-volume Quick Serve or Fast Casual restaurant management experience of at least 4 years.
- This is a hands-on position The Restaurant General Manager must always be willing to work alongside their team.
- Trust, honesty, strong core work ethics, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
- The Restaurant General Manager should act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times.
