Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning

- Hire, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency

- Create schedules and assign duties to staff based on business needs

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients

- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones

- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to provide seamless service to guests

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in a high-end restaurant setting
