We are seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to launch and lead a modern public house-style restaurant and bar in Irving, Texas. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s culture, overseeing all operational and financial aspects, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage and analyze financial performance to achieve business priorities and targets. Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the property to ensure a welcoming environment. Drive initiatives to achieve financial goals, performance metrics, and guest satisfaction.
- Team Development: Foster a positive team culture and develop leadership positions within the restaurant. Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet labor targets and operational needs. Mentor and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and achieve their best.
- Guest Experience: Always ensure complete guest satisfaction, maintaining exceptional service standards. Be a role model of hospitality, engaging with guests and embodying the brand’s values.
- Marketing & Brand Leadership: Showcase brand ambassadorship by representing the restaurant in the community. Utilize local marketing skills and event management to drive guest traffic and engagement.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Passion for developing team members and creating a positive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and a love for culinary arts.
- Established leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage short- and long-term business goals.
- High energy, positivity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Expertise in local marketing and event planning is a plus.
