Title of Position – General Manager
Job Description: Our Company is searching for an experienced General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the development and execution of the travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are fulfilled, conducting meetings with subordinate employees, and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Additionally, a Professional General Manager will be able to drive sales, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis. The right candidate must exemplify integrity and accountability as well as demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
