Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all operations and is responsible for the P&L of the restaurant. Our Restaurant General Manager will direct the hourly staff members and the Assistant Restaurant Manager, including the Kitchen Manager, to ensure compliance with company specifications for preparing food, sanitation and administrative and accounting obligation. The General Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.
