Fine Dining General Manager 

$85K - $110K

We are currently searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Nashville, TN. The right candidate for this position MUST have experience as a General Manager in Fine Dining and High End Steak House. We are very high volume and this is an elite level position. The General Manager in Nashville, TN will be rubbing shoulders with and shaking the hands of celebrities, professional athletes and politicians. A sharp, articulate and professional restaurant leader will direct the total operations of this iconic restaurant brand.

As the General Manager in Nashville, TN you will be responsible for all cost of goods, staffing and training as well as directing and working hand in hand with the Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Maitre d' to ensure seamless service and the perfect experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Fine Dining General Manager
  • Minimum of 2 years management in a high level Steak House
  • Extensive wine knowledge
  • Extensive cuisine knowledge
  • Excellent history of tenure
  • Extremely high standards of service
  • The General Manger must have a sharp and professional presentation
