Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Manager handles the daily operations and ensuring our procedures and high standards are being met and exceeded daily. The right candidate will have the ability to delegate and build trust but will inspect what they expect leading by example. This individual will be a great teacher and communicator. The General Manager will be able to hold their staff accountable while still showing care for their team. We are looking for an individual who is a leader in the community with a positive attitude and winning personality. Making quick decisions and problem solving are fundamentally important in the General Manager position.

Qualifications:
- Two plus years of restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the GM must posses
- The GM must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- The GM must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrityÂ
- The GM may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Experience in both the FOH and BOH is a requirement for this GM
