Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Manager is responsible for the total operations of their restaurant including all aspects of profit and loss, hiring and training of management and hourly team members, daily execution of safety/sanitation, quality food preparation and guest service. The General Manager is responsible for cleanliness, repair and maintenance of the building and equipment. Also for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures. The General Manager is responsible for these areas whether they are on or off the premises.
