- Represent the restaurant within the North Myrtle Beach, SC community, promoting a strong local presence.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through workshops, networking, and professional development.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Uphold company standards to drive sales while minimizing costs related to food, labor, and supplies.
- Maintain financial accuracy, including payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with ServSafe guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
- Act as a brand ambassador, making decisions in the best interest of the restaurant.
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a General Manager role.
- College degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and security.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strong leadership qualities and a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems, Microsoft Office, and general technology applications.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds when needed.
