Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager will lead their team of managers assuring that they are motivating the team to work hard, be energetic and to be passionate about the restaurant industry. The General Manager must have the ability to coach and develop other managers, as well as supervising and motivating the staff. The General Manager will be expected to act as a positive role model at all times. You will have to manage the work flow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking and delegating. As the General Manager you will be in charge of managing the restaurants financials, inventory control and showing positive guest counts.

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the restaurant industry
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
