Position: Restaurant General Manager


Job Overview:

As our Restaurant General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and unique experience. You’ll oversee all front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, revenue management, bar inventory, and ordering. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing costs, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base. Additionally, you’ll lead recruitment, hiring, and training initiatives, cultivating a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service with integrity and enthusiasm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Foster an exceptional guest experience 
  • Manage all FOH operations, including staff schedules and bar inventory 
  • Drive sales and manage cost of goods to align with business goals 
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain a high standard of service 
  • Lead the team in providing a positive and unforgettable dining experience  

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience 
  • A passion for mentoring and developing team members 
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to excellence 
  • Strong guest-focused mindset with unwavering integrity 
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
