Restaurant General Manager
Job Description
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including ordering supplies, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability while minimizing costs.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Building and maintaining a positive, motivating workplace culture.
- Participating in local marketing initiatives and community events.
- Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our guest experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of, and commitment to upholding, the highest standards for food safety and quality.
- A passion for the fast-casual dining experience and creating memorable moments for guests.
- Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Able to work a variety of hours and shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (no late nights).

Most recently as an Area Director for Bob Evans Restaurants, he ran restaurants spread across a 3 state territory. Tim has also worked for Walt Disney World as a Chef as well as time spent early in his restaurant career in catering for a country club.
