Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the high standards and reputation of our brand. You will work closely with store personnel to ensure smooth operations and provide a superior guest experience while also developing leadership qualities within your team through strategic guidance. It is crucial that you keep store activities and priorities under control at all times, and maintain inventory control systems in coordination with relevant vendors or departments, such as Merchandising, Sales, and Accounting.

• 60-65K base
• 15K in Bonus max per year paid out quarterly
• 2 weeks vacation accrual vest on 1 year anniversary date – 1 week vacation given after 90 days

Qualifications

• The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• The General Manger must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
