General Job Description:
Management for all positions will be expected to recruit, interview, and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals and continually motivate and inspire their teams. Managers will be responsible for all aspects of staff performance in accordance with established service standards and staff training guidelines, ensure staff knowledge. Control Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Senior management leaders will be expected to prepare and implement standard operating procedures, coordinates restaurant operations inspections and determine and implements restaurant operating improvements. Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing program and be the architect of techniques to meet up sales and revenue targets and integrate a strategic blueprint.
