Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will be expected to operate a well-managed, clean, and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The Kitchen Manager in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation, and quality. The Kitchen Manager must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales, and guest counts.

Qualifications:
