Job Title: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
Location: Waltham, MA
Salary: $65,000 to $67,000 a year

Step into the role of Restaurant Kitchen Manager and take the helm of our bustling kitchen operations. You’ll guide a team of 4-5 cooks per shift, hands-on in the creation of our flavorful dishes while also managing essential administrative tasks. Your contributions will go beyond the day-to-day operations, with the opportunity to craft daily specials that keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Job Qualifications:
- Be a beacon of honesty, integrity, and culinary passion
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- A knack for mentoring and developing a team
- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen roles
- Prior exposure to breakfast service is essential
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute orders for breakfast and lunch
- Expand the menu with weekly specials or creative spins on current offerings
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Coordinate and prepare private catering with your team
- Order standard weekly inventory
- Create a kitchen staff weekly schedule
