Title of Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Kitchen Manager assists in the development and implementation of innovative food ideas/concepts to increase company sales, efficiency, market share and profitability while improving and streamlining processes. This consists of developing new or revised menu/recipe items and supervising roll-outs of brand-new menu items. Additionally, the Restaurant Kitchen Manager prepares food costs and analysis and ensure cost-effectiveness in product formulation and is accountable for aiding in the training of restaurants on test products, new menus, and revised products. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager also ensures high-quality products and works with Training and Operations to ensure consistent communication of the most current product and equipment handling and preparation methods.

- High volume background; must have Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
