We started out as a local favorite in the southwest however over the years we have kept growing (and growing) and are now one of the biggest and most beloved names in the restaurant industry. While other companies have had to scale back and close units due to the economy, we’ve been able to weather the storm and reinvest in our restaurants, from the décor on the wall to the food on our menu.
Title of Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will work together with the Management Team centering on building relationships with our guests and Team Members, increasing sales numbers, and ensuring food is prepared properly in a sparkling and safe environment. The person in this position will be held accountable for your Team Members' performance in the kitchen. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training their team in Health Department guidelines, and educating them in company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Our Restaurant Kitchen Manager must be a "take charge" individual who can effectively correct any issues with Team Members and kitchen equipment to ensure all are performing up to company standard.
- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a salaried Kitchen Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
