Title of Position: Line Cook
Job Description: As a Line Cook at our upscale casual restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up your station, participating in prep and line cooking, and ensuring that all food is prepared with attention to detail and consistency in quality. You will follow recipes and take directions from the Chef or Sous Chef while also seeking out collaboration with team members to produce even better results. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary and safe food preparation area by following health department regulations. You will have constant communication with both front and back of house team members, which is essential as you navigate the fast-paced environment of our kitchen.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a high volume restaurant kitchen
·        Detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring food quality and consistency before plating.
·        Ability to accurately follow recipes and effectively take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef.
·        Ensure strict adherence to all health department regulations, maintaining a sanitary and safe food preparation area.
·        Proactive in seeking collaboration to enhance culinary results.
