At our restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and delectable cuisine. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and delivering exceptional experiences to our valued guests.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction
Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
ServSafe certification is a plus
