Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages
Now hiring a Restaurant Manager with Full Service background in Rogers! For over 30 years, we have been the place people in the community can count on for a great meal and quality service. We make sure to pay attention to the little things, like the extra spice to make your entrée kick, and seek new ways to enhance our menu. Though our roots are in the south, we’ve slowly started our expansion and now have restaurants across the country. Our success and continued growth wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated customers along with our talented Management staff.Â
Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description:Â The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing all areas of operations and floor management. The Restaurant Manager will assist with the achievement of company goals and endeavors. The Restaurant Manager must provide leadership and perspective to all the team members and always support our mission and principles. The Restaurant Manager will also be expected to help in maintaining numerous departments successfully, attend weekly meetings with the management team to review performance and provide direction, inspiration and support toward achieving personal and professional goals, review weekly/monthly P&L statements, and work together with the management team to develop action plans increase sales and control costs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service concept
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
