Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager must be capable of managing day-to-day shifts and ensuring smooth, calm, and efficient restaurant operations always, including assisting in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy and reliability of transactions and can operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing. The person in this position receives inventory, moves, and lifts food and beverage items and products; maintain a solid understanding of product and services available in the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products. It is incredibly important our Restaurant Manager understands the right way to hire, train and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading by example and confidence.

- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- Proven knowledge of restaurant P&L
