Restaurant Manager - Golden, Colorado
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Golden area. The ideal restaurant manager should be a values-driven leader with exceptional skills in team management, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, oversee food and beverage quality, and uphold food safety standards.
- Coach and develop employees to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Foster positive employee and guest morale, manage inventory, and implement training and development programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to $70,000
- Bonus Potential Based on Performance
- Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Package
- Paid Vacation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full-Service concept
- High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
