Restaurant Manager – Centennial, Colorado

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Centennial area. The ideal restaurant manager should be a dedicated professional overseeing operational support, cost control, sales growth, customer service, profit maximization, employee development, stock management, staffing, maintenance, and administrative tasks for successful restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Restaurant General Manager, focusing on cost control, sales growth, customer service, profit maximization, and employee development.
- Ensure product quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met within the restaurant and among staff by maintaining stock levels and accounting for supplies.
- Oversee hiring, development, and management of restaurant personnel, maintain adequate staffing levels through scheduling and manpower control systems, and handle administrative tasks such as reporting and maintenance to uphold operational efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: up to $60,000

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
- High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
