Title of Position: Front of House Restaurant Manager  

Job Description: The Front of House Restaurant Manager should ensure that all guests feel they are given responsive, gracious, and considerate service always. Our Front of House Restaurant Manager must understand, endorse, and support the mission, vision statement and values of the company as well as support and teach the policies and procedures of the organization. It falls on the Front of House Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to employees. The Front of House Restaurant Manager will also support the General Manager by ensuring all front of the house personnel is professional and performing according to company policies and standards set by the management team.

Qualifications: 

• The Front of House Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
• A minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Kitchen Manager
• Open availability to provide support is a requirement for the Front of House Restaurant Manager
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Front of House Restaurant Manager
• The Front of House Restaurant Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
