 Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
 Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant during all shifts. Responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising and training team members to ensure an unforgettable guest experience. As a Manager you will spend more than 50% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of conflict in the restaurant. The person in this position will conduct daily briefings on matters of importance to the team, will manage local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement, and will manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues.
 
Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: The Kitchen Manager will be expected to operate a well-managed, clean and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The person in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation and quality. The Kitchen Manager must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales and guest counts.
