Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all aspects of dining service. This includes managing inventory, making purchasing decisions, creating schedules, and training staff on company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and handling any issues that may arise during service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to drive the business. As a leader in the restaurant, you will set an example by embodying our core values and providing mentorship and guidance to your team. Your goal is to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the financial success and growth of the restaurant.

  1. The Restaurant manager have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team is required for the General Manager
  3. The Restaurant manager have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling is required for the Restaurant Manager
  5. The Restaurant Manager must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
