Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager with every part of restaurant operations, and will ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet the guest’s needs. This individual will learn to become proficient in controlling Profit & Loss by working with the General Manager; following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports and learning what appropriate actions should be taken. The Restaurant Manager will be developed to understand the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, as well as operate the business in accordance with company policies and appropriate laws.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Full Service concept
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
