Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As our Restaurant Manager you ll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Leading the team by example and creating a positive, healthy working environment. Guest satisfaction is a top priority of the Restaurant Manager. Providing our staff with the inspiration and coaching tools to succeed will be functions of the Restaurant Manager. Working closely with the General Manager the Restaurant Manager will gain adequate knowledge of profit and loss statements and proper inventory management. General equipment maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitation tasks, will be followed up by the Restaurant Manager. Security and safety practices are also to be monitored for compliance. The Restaurant Manager will also be part of counseling and reviewing personal.
