Title of Position - Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, training, and development, as well as ensuring that the restaurant is appropriately staffed to meet our high standards.

Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing the scheduling and training of hourly team members, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance the guest experience, and working closely with the General Manager to ensure that all financial and operational targets are met.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in a similar position, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You should also be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, and have a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as a keen eye for detail. The Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager needs to be proactive, creative and have a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• The Restaurant Manager must have 2-5 years of high-volume Fine Dining experience
• Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality is a key attribute for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• The Restaurant Manager must have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team
