Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 3+ years in a manager role at a high volume Full Service concept including experience with bar/beverage management
• Personable with the ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure top-notch service.
• Willingness to be very hands on with stepping in to assist wherever needed: being present on the floor, interacting w/ guests, bussing tables, etc.
• Open schedule availability including nights and weekends
• Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to keep our restaurant ahead of the competition.
