Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will be tasked with promoting excellence through outstanding customer service while overseeing staffing, scheduling, financial objectives, and employee development. This role encompasses the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring its appearance and presentation meet high standards, enhancing the customer experience, and providing professional leadership to all team members. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for selecting and training highly skilled, service-oriented staff, as well as conducting training sessions to enhance employees' food and beverage knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications:
·        Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

·        The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
·        A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
