Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The right Restaurant Manager for this position should be a dynamic, positive, upbeat person with experience in full service casual dining. This is a full time position for a Restaurant Manager with knowledge of guest service standards and who is focused on hard work that yields results. As the Restaurant Manager with our company you will be expected to lead your team in meeting our very high standards where the expectations are clear and the rewards are exceptional. If you commit to at least 55 hours per week, and as a Professional Restaurant Manager, you will thrive in a clearly structured environment that is both friendly, community oriented with a company that promotes from within then you should contact us immediately. For our consideration you must have current or recent full service experience in full service dining, bar and grill experience, or in themed casual dining where exceptional service is a key component.

Steve is married to his wife Tracy - also a restaurant professional. Steve has a daughter Nicole, and two stepsons Robert and Joseph, all in their twenties and doing well. Steve was born, raised, and has always resided in Southeastern PA. He is a big sports fan. His hobbies are golfing and reading.
