As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service standards, staff training, and sanitation practices. You will lead and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering their growth and maintaining compliance with our established service guidelines. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role requires a strong, motivational leader with the ability to inspire and drive success.
