Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Drive sales and profitability while managing costs and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, workplace safety, and customer service are met consistently.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the team.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
- An attractive bonus scheme with the potential to earn $15,000 - $20,000 in performance-related bonuses.
