Assistant Restaurant Manager - Growing Brewpub Favorite
$50,000 - $60,000 + attractive quarterly bonus plan
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a leader in the craft beer and elevated pub food scene, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through great food, beer, and hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- ServSafe certified.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Operations Management:**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
**Staff Leadership and Development:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and take corrective actions as needed.
**Customer Service:**
- Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
- Address customer issues and create a positive dining experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
**Financial Management:**
- Monitor financial performance and meet budgetary goals.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Control operational costs and optimize profitability.
**Marketing and Promotion:**
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Drive restaurant traffic through community engagement and local marketing efforts.
**Quality and Standards:**
- Maintain high food quality standards and consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
