Our company is searching for a Professional Restaurant Manager with strong team building skills to act as our Brand Ambassador for our location in Meridian, Idaho! When our first restaurant opened over 15 years ago, we wanted to give guests outstanding, prompt service without sacrificing food quality. Our focus has been on maintaining food quality, and with many of our items made in house and from scratch, we’ve been able to deliver to our guests and expand throughout the area. Over the past few years, we’ve opened up more restaurants and have added catering options to our guests to enjoy our food at their larger gatherings. We have plans to expand even further in the market, and are searching for Managers who not only care about customer service, but are passionate about the quality of food we serve. Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will possess exceptional leadership and people skills. The Restaurant Manager will also provide enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Management Job description: Communicates, evaluates and documents team member performance as assigned. Assists in controlling P&L. Additionally, proper inventory control and staffing levels as dictated by daily sales. The Manager will handle cash procedures and oversee and complete daily financial paperwork. As a Restaurant Manager you should have these required skills: Excellent training skills Ability to open/close, Ability to motivate the staff to excel in the execution of their positions.

Marty started in the business very young and from the ground up. Dishwashing at the local diner was his way of financing his many travels. As a Boy Scout, Marty traveled to Japan, Israel and across the United States twice before the age of 17. Since then Marty has worked for Bennigan's, The Office and Charlie Brown's, TGI Friday's and Applebee's as a General Manager, Training General Manager and a District Manager. Marty also worked as a Food Service Manager for Genuardi Family Markets, a division of Safeway and was a guest speaker at the National Home Meal Replacement Seminar.
After many years on the road, Marty and his wife, Jill, settled in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where they are enjoying the life of empty nesters. Their son, Jacob, works for Marty and handles the states of Arkansas and Delaware. Daughter, Dayna, has joined as a recruiter assistant for Colorado.
Now that he has made his final career change Marty has much more time to devote to his many activities with synagogue and choir. He is a lifetime Red Cross Blood Donor (over 60 pints donated so far) and regularly volunteers his cooking skills for charitable events.
