Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will provide overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected FOH and BOH areas under the guidance of the General Manager. This person will cultivate a strategic team environment providing exceptional guest service while directing a specific area of the management team and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level, assures the execution of training programs and assures staffing levels and management coverage is going to meet the needs of business. The Restaurant Manager will lead and influence the staff through effective motivation by having FUN!

- 2-3 years Restaurant Management experience, High Volume, Corporate Concept background preferred
- Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
- Ability to maintain working relationships with all employees, managers and vendors
- Excellent teaching and coaching skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends

After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising & Communications, he started off his professional career as Technical Recruiter for Aerotek. From there he held positions on the business & hospitality development side with Frankel, Palace Sports & Entertainment (Detroit Pistons) and Olympia Entertainment (Detroit Red Wings) before making his way back to the recruiting industry and ultimately as a Franchise Owner with Gecko Hospitality. Greg gets great satisfaction in assisting people better their lives by placing them in positions with the diverse client base that he works with.
Greg manages the Western Canada and Upstate New York territories along with his market partner Tim Stanton.
Greg likes to travel with his family, when he and his wife are not running back and forth from the hockey rink, basketball court, soccer and lacrosse fields attending their kids sporting events.
