Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will ensure all team members are providing excellence in customer service and team driven. The Restaurant Manager will manage staff, develop, and coach team members and help build sales and profits while maintaining operational requirements. Other areas of focus for the Restaurant Manager includes, solid understanding of profit and loss statements and helping to generate action plans for opportunity areas, ensures daily the execution of our mission statement and core values

Qualifications:

·      This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full service, high volume restaurant

·      The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

·      Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

·      The Restaurant Manager must have an open availability and be willing to work late nights.
