We’re seeking a professional and outgoing Restaurant Manager for our one of a kind restaurant in Raleigh, NC. Our world-class restaurant provides a unique, modern-casual ambiance to enjoy with colleagues or friends. Boasting several private dining areas, main dining area and a lounge for more of an “upbeat” experience. With an Asian inspired menu highlighting our expertly prepared work of art dishes, we also offer a variety of chef-inspired appetizers, seafood, and more. Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager you'll drive our success and we'll reward you with professional development and ongoing opportunities to develop your career. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the selection, development and performance of the front of house hospitality staff. It is your responsibility to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will be the primary "go-to" for the front of the house staff, meaning you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the operating functions of the restaurant.

She worked her way up from an entry-level position to a Service Manager and eventually became the mentor of the FOH training program, as well as supporting the training for four other locations. Adele is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports, and cooking with her husband.
