Restaurant Manager - Full Service Restaurant
Salary: $60 K base + Excellent Bonus and Benefits
Our full-service restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Control costs and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Laura’s work in the hospitality industry started when she moved from Michigan, where she studied at Eastern Michigan University to Portland, Oregon. Her career began as the catering sales manager at the Red Lion Hotel in downtown Portland. Looking for a better fit for her family, Laura went to work for Tiffany Food service. From there, Laura went to work for the Compass Group, under the Eurest sector as a General Manager. Laura worked for the Compass group for 24 years.
