Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager plays an essential role and ensures excellence in: Quality, Service and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during their shift. The person in this position would have the financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis; would also coach and follow-up with personnel encouraging a smooth operation. Our Manager encourages and assists in continuing the growth and development of all team members and would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

- Must have 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Fast Casual environment
- High volume restaurant management experience a plus
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
- Strong sense of urgency, with customer focused mentality

- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships while leading others
- A Positive and Winning attitude
- Basis computer knowledge a plus

While Betty was in college, she worked in the Campus Dining Hall as a line server and at Golden Corral, also has a line server. Prior to joining Gecko Hospitality, Betty was a Regional Management Recruiter for Carlson Restaurant Worldwide Inc. -TGI Fridays. Betty loves the excitement associated with the ever-changing hospitality industry.
Betty, her husband, 2 dogs – Barley and Tip, and 2 birds – Grey Bird and Yellow Bird, live on 4.5 acres on Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. When Betty is not recruiting, she enjoys cooking, gardening, entertaining, and boating with her husband.
