We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager for our high voilume casual dining restaurant in Boston, MA. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service while redefining American cuisine. As Restaurant AGM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, including food preparation, sanitation, and accounting obligations. You will lead and train the FOH staff and ensure compliance with our service standards. You will report to the GM of the restaurant and must have strong leadership skills to succeed in this role.
We offer an excellent compensation package, medical and dental coverage, a bonus program, and paid vacation. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of high-volume experience as a Restaurant AGM or General Manager and possess qualities of trust, honesty, integrity, and passion for customer satisfaction.
